The specificity of our wines

The uniqueness of wines comes from the specific of Averesti terroir and from the passion the grape is raised and protected. Due to the high altitude, the cool climate and the specificity of the soil, the wines obtained are dry, zesty with fruity flavours (specific for unoaked white wines), bright and delicate.

Throught the area, the hot summer days are balanced with cool nights. This determines a slower acid burn inside the grapes which makes possible the production of dry, slightly fizzy and bright wines, even when the season is dry.
